Discover Kitten Yoga: a unique experience where the relaxation of yoga blends with the energy and calm of kittens. Come relax with the cats and kittens! This is a charity event.

The adorable cats and kittens come from the organization "Chats Nomades Sans Toît" and are ready to find their new families! In addition, all profits will be donated to the organization .

Key information

The Chat Yoga Experience

Start with 15 minutes of guided relaxing yoga, then 30 minutes of cat yoga as adorable cats and kittens stroll alongside you.

Finally, you would have 30 minutes of free play with the cats!

The sessions lasted 1 hour 15 minutes.

Important information

Classes start at the designated time: Please plan to arrive early in case of traffic, parking, or other unexpected delays. The session is a complete experience that you'll want to fully enjoy.

Dress code: You must wear sportswear, so loose and comfortable clothing.

Required Equipment: You must bring a yoga mat. If you need a mat, we can rent one for you, available on our website for $5.

Age Restriction: Our yoga chat sessions are open to participants aged 8 and over.

Language: Sessions are held in French and bilingual (English) on request.

Announcement of the feline species

There is no specific breed of cat. Cats are shelter animals looking for a family.

You can write to us on our social networks or by email for any questions regarding cats.

Age requirement

Our yoga chat sessions are open to participants aged 12 and over. Children aged 8 and over must be accompanied by an adult.

Refund Policy

Refunds are authorized up to 72 hours before the start of the activity; refund requests made within this period will be fully processed.
