Key information

The Puppy Yoga Experience

Start with 15 minutes of guided relaxing yoga, then 30 minutes of puppy yoga while a litter of adorable puppies stroll alongside you.

Finally, you would have 30 minutes of free play with the puppies!

The sessions last 1 hour 15 minutes.

Important information

Classes start at the scheduled time: please plan to arrive early in case of traffic, parking issues, or other unexpected delays. The session is a full experience that you’ll want to fully enjoy.

Dress code: You must wear athletic clothing; loose and comfortable attire is recommended.

Required equipment: You must bring your own yoga mat. If you don’t have one, mats are available for rent for $5, either on our website or on-site.

Age restriction: our puppy yoga sessions are open to participants aged 8 and up.

Language: sessions are conducted in French, with bilingual (English) options available upon request

The puppy breed will be announced in advance on our social media.

Age requirement

Our puppy yoga sessions are open to participants aged 12 and over. Children aged 8 and over must be accompanied by an adult.

Refund Policy

Refunds are authorized up to 72 hours before the start of the activity; refund requests made within this period will be fully processed.
