How does a puppy yoga session take place?
Each session begins with a calming 15-minute introduction of yoga without the puppies, followed by 30 minutes of yoga with the puppies.
At the end of the session, a 30-minute free period is planned, offering an ideal opportunity for memorable photo moments with the puppies.
What should I bring with me?
A bottle of water, comfortable clothing, and a yoga mat. You can bring your own; alternatively, yoga mats are available to rent for $5.
Is it possible to participate even if I am a beginner in yoga?
Of course ! Even if you are new to yoga, you are welcome to participate, this is a beginner's session.

Yes, parking is free and available. Access to the studio is easy with a parking lot located right next to the building's entrance!
How far in advance should I arrive before the session starts?
We recommend arriving approximately 10 minutes early to get settled.
We begin welcoming participants 15 minutes before the start of the activity.
Do you need to have a good level of yoga?
Not at all! In fact, the majority of our participants are beginners or are experiencing yoga with us for the very first time.
The class is designed to be accessible to everyone. The goal is relaxation and interaction with the puppies, not performance. The instructor will guide the group gently and adapt the postures so that everyone can follow at their own pace.
Can pregnant women participate in puppy yoga?
Our sessions are all based on yoga flow (beginner), a style of yoga considered safe for pregnant women.
We encourage you to inform your trained yoga instructor. She may suggest variations on certain yoga poses to ensure your comfort and safety.
For any questions, we recommend that you consult your healthcare professional.
Can the chaperones come to watch without participating?
No. To preserve the privacy of the class, the calm necessary for the puppies, and the space in the studio, only those with a valid ticket may enter the room . There is no space for spectators.
Where do the puppies come from and where do they go after the sessions?
We work with local, ethical breeders. After each session, the puppies return to their breeder, where they receive excellent care.
Breeders working with Euphorie Puppy must carefully select families to ensure an ideal and lasting match, guaranteeing the well-being of the puppies.
We check the environment in which the puppies are raised to ensure that it is clean, comfortable and enriching.
Puppies present must have received their first vaccinations and passed a complete veterinary examination.
If you would like to learn more about our values and the safety of our puppies, find out more here: Our Values
For any other questions, please contact us by email at: info@euphoriechiot.ca
Are the puppies vaccinated?
All puppies are up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations and come from ethical breeders. While puppies this age do not yet receive the rabies vaccine (usually administered between 12 and 16 weeks), there is no risk of rabies exposure, as we maintain strict sourcing standards and a controlled studio environment.
In our studio, litters of puppies do not come into contact with dogs from outside their breeding facility.
What is the cleaning protocol?
Our studio is cleaned and disinfected between each session and a deep cleaning is carried out at the end of each day.
We provide hand sanitizer and recommend washing hands before and after interacting with the puppies.
Puppies are supervised at all times to ensure their health and cleanliness throughout their stay with us.
How many sessions are there per day?
There are 3 to 4 sessions on Saturday and Sunday. On Friday evening, there are 2 sessions.
The puppies present on Friday are not the same as those on Saturday and Sunday.
Each group of puppies has a schedule adapted to their age and energy level. They benefit from mandatory breaks between sessions, a quiet space to rest, access to water at all times and constant supervision.
Can I bring my own dog?
No, unfortunately. For strict hygiene reasons and to protect the puppies' health, no outside animals are allowed in the studio. The space is reserved exclusively for the puppies from the visiting breeder.
What training did the on-site team receive?
Our team is made up of animal lovers who have all completed Red Cross training in first aid for dogs and cats.
Each member has several hours of hands-on experience with puppies, allowing us to provide a calm, safe, and loving environment.
What should I do if I get scratched or lightly bitten by a puppy?
Interactions with puppies carry some natural risks, such as minor scratches or accidental bites, as puppies explore their environment through play.
All participants must sign a liability waiver acknowledging these risks before participating in the session.
If any incident occurs during the session, please notify a member of our team immediately.
