How does a puppy yoga session take place?

Each session begins with a calming introduction, followed by a series of yoga exercises specially designed for our little canine participants. At the end of the session, a free period is planned, offering an ideal opportunity for memorable photo moments with the puppies.

What should I bring with me?

A bottle of water, comfortable clothing and a yoga mat. You have the option to bring your own mat, otherwise, yoga mats are available to rent for $5.99.

Is it possible to participate even if I am a beginner in yoga?

Of course ! Even if you are new to yoga, you are welcome to participate, this is a beginner's session.

Is there an age requirement?

Our puppy yoga sessions are open to participants aged 10 and over.

Is it possible to adopt the puppies after the session?

Yes, we work closely with breeders to facilitate the adoption of puppies and placement in loving homes.
