Key Information

The Puppy Yoga Experience

Start with 15 minutes of relaxing guided yoga, then 30 minutes of puppy yoga while a litter of adorable puppies wanders by your side.

Finally, you'll get 30 minutes of free playtime with the puppies!

Sessions last 1h15.

Important Information

Classes start at the scheduled time: please plan to arrive early in case of traffic, parking issues, or other unexpected delays. The session is a complete experience you'll want to fully enjoy.

Attire: Please wear athletic clothing — loose and comfortable.

Equipment needed: You must bring your own yoga mat. If you don't have one, you can rent one for $5, directly on our website or on-site.

Language: Sessions are held in French, with bilingual (English) support available on request.

Age Requirement

Our puppy yoga sessions are open to participants aged 12 and up. Children aged 8 and up must be accompanied by an adult.
