Key information

The Puppy Yoga Experience

Start with 15 minutes of guided relaxing yoga, then 30 minutes of puppy yoga while a litter of adorable puppies stroll alongside you.

Finally, you would have 30 minutes of free play with the puppies!

The sessions last 1 hour 15 minutes.

Important information

Classes start at the indicated time: Plan to arrive early in case of traffic, parking, or other unexpected delays. The session is a complete experience that you will want to fully enjoy.

Dress code: You must wear athletic clothing, so loose and comfortable clothes.

Equipment required: You must bring your yoga mat. If you don't have one, you can rent one for $5, directly on our website or on site.

Language: Sessions are held in French and are bilingual (English) upon request.

Age requirement

Our puppy yoga sessions are open to participants aged 12 and over. Children aged 8 and over must be accompanied by an adult.
