Key information

The Puppy Yoga Experience

Start with 15 minutes of guided relaxing yoga, then 30 minutes of puppy yoga while a litter of adorable puppies stroll alongside you.

Finally, you would have 30 minutes of free play with the puppies!

The sessions last 1 hour 15 minutes.

Our location is at 212 Bd du Curé-Labelle #203, Sainte-Thérèse, QC J7E 2X7.

Important information

Classes start at the designated time: Please plan to arrive early in case of traffic, parking, or other unexpected delays. The class is a complete experience that you will want to savor to the fullest.

Dress code: You should wear sportswear, so loose and comfortable clothing.

Equipment required: You must bring a yoga mat. If you need a mat, we can rent one for you, available on our website for $4.99.

Age Restriction: Our puppy yoga sessions are open to participants aged 9 and over.

Language: Sessions are held in French and bilingual (English) on request.

Refund Policy

Refunds are authorized up to 72 hours before the start of the activity; refund requests made within this period will be fully processed.
