At Euphorie Chiot Inc., we are committed to providing an exceptional experience while maintaining absolute respect for our puppies. To ensure our sessions run smoothly, please review the following terms regarding reservations, modifications, and cancellations.

1. Cancellation or Date Modification If you wish to cancel your attendance or reschedule your session to another date, your request must strictly adhere to the following deadlines to be eligible for a refund or change:

Regular Sessions (Public): At least 72 hours before the start of the activity.

Private Sessions and Events: At least 7 days before the scheduled date.

Any request received outside of these timeframes will be treated as a late cancellation and will be neither refundable nor transferable.

2. Flexible Refund Options For any cancellation meeting the deadlines mentioned above, we offer the flexibility to choose the refund method that suits you best:

Original Payment Method: The amount is credited directly back to the credit card used for booking (standard bank processing time of 5 to 10 business days).

Store Credit: The amount is added to your client account for simple and quick future use.

Gift Card: You receive a digital gift card, perfect if you wish to gift the experience to a loved one.

3. Ticket Transfer (Name Change) If you are unable to attend the session and the cancellation deadline has passed, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no extra cost.

Simply notify us by email or via our social media channels, providing the name of the person taking your place.

4. Late Arrivals and No-Shows To ensure the well-being of the puppies and avoid disrupting the group's relaxation, no admission will be permitted after the session has begun.

Tickets for participants who are absent or arrive more than 15 minutes late are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early.

5. Cancellation by Euphorie Chiot Although rare, circumstances beyond our control (unforeseen issues with puppy health, extreme weather, force majeure) may force us to cancel a session. In such cases, we commit to:

Refunding you in full (100%) according to your preferred method.

Offering you a 30% discount code applicable to your next reservation, as compensation for the inconvenience.
