Studio manager

Old Longueuil · Starting mid-October · 10 to 20 hours per week

We're looking for the person who will take the lead of our new studio, working directly with the owners. Not just to carry out tasks: to build the studio, make decisions and grow it with us.

You're studying marketing or management, or you already have supervisory experience, and you want a real entrepreneurial project where your ideas matter.

Your role

  • Train and supervise a team of 3 to 4 people
  • Build schedules and track hours
  • Coordinate weekends with our partner breeders
  • Manage bookings and customer communications
  • Be responsible for sessions running smoothly
  • Manage purchasing, supplies and equipment
  • Propose and carry out marketing initiatives
  • Handle small maintenance tasks when needed and make sure cleaning meets our standards

What we are looking for

  • Solid customer service experience
  • Management or supervisory experience: an asset
  • Leadership, autonomy and good judgment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Driver's licence and access to a vehicle
  • Functional English
  • 18 years or older
  • Experience with dogs or puppies: an asset

The conditions

  • Salary to be discussed based on experience
  • 10 to 20 hours per week
  • Administrative tasks during the week and presence on weekends
  • Discount on sessions
