- Refunds are authorized up to 7 days before the start of the activity.

- Reimbursement requests made within this period will be processed in full.

Repayment Terms :

- Refunds will be made via the same payment method used when booking.

- The refund will be initiated within 5 working days after the refund request.

- No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 7 days before the start of the activity

- If you need to change your reservation within 7 days of the activity, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but no guarantee of modification can be assured.

Force Majeure:

- In the event of exceptional circumstances or force majeure (illness, medical emergencies, etc.), we will consider requests on a case-by-case basis.
